It's not about the picture. It's about the kid making it.

Every week, our instructors teach a new composition and subject, along with the drawing, painting, or sculpting skills that go with it. But the sample on the easel is a starting point, not a finish line. Our youngest artists start with structure: guided compositions that build the toolbox of skills, media handling, and confidence. As those skills grow, so does the freedom. When a student is ready, we encourage them to take that week's composition and turn it into something completely their own.

That's process art. The focus is on skill development and the creative journey, not fifteen identical copies of the same picture. Two kids at the same table go home with two completely different pieces, and that's exactly the point. Along the way your child builds real technique with real media, and something even more valuable: the confidence to trust their own ideas.

There are no screens in a KidzArt class. Real paper, real paint, real clay, real brushes. All materials provided, classes kept small, and every child goes home with something that's genuinely theirs. KidzArt has been teaching children since 1990.
